  • Once a week (usually more often), I meet with you and other DCT members for Q&A session on any of your tech issues. We share screens and resolve any challenges on the spot.
  • However, there is no need to wait for the group call to get help if you're stuck.
  • You are given a VIP email address to email me and my team and get help in under 24 hours through email/video tutorials.
  • The DCT membership is here to provide you with under-24 hours of tech support and access to me and my team to help you in your journey from an idea to living off passive/recurring income with your online business.
  • If we can't resolve the issue in an email (sometimes it's easier to just hop on a Zoom call), I have a Tech Coach available for you to hop on a Zoom call and assist you. No extra cost for these Zoom calls, book them when you need them.

Frequently Ask Questions

Does the membership include 1-on-1 time with Eran?

If we have never spoken on Zoom before, we will speak on Zoom at least once upon you joining since I simply want to get to know my members on a personal level, even if just for a short call.

Besides that, there is no guarantee of 1-on-1 time with me as there is only so much time in the day.

However, periodically I open my calendar for a few hours at various times and give everyone in the membership a chance to book a time to catch up 1:1 on Zoom and discuss their progress.

This is on a first come first serve basis.

Additionally, I have introduced group calls, which you definitely get direct access to me there and I am there at least once a week.

Furthermore, I am incredibly accessible through the support channel with under 24 hours support, which my team answers usually but I am hands-on whenever needed too.

Are there any upsells or hidden fees?

I offer additional services if you wish to take advantage of them.

These include hiring my VA team or 1:1 coaching sessions with me, as an example.

Done-For-You or Done-With-You services are not included in the membership.

These are entirely optional.

In terms of information products, courses, challenges, guides, checklists, cheatsheets, and any other helpful resources like that, you are getting EVERYTHING as a member.

No, if you sign up now, you are locked in at that price for as long as you remain a member and enjoy the full benefits.

What kind of questions can I ask?

Pretty much any questions you have regarding the tech side of your business, or the strategy side of your business.

I get questions that are tech-related, business-related, strategy-related, and everything in between.

What does "under-24-hours" tech support actually mean?

Under 24-hours tech support means that when you join the DCT all-access membership, you are given a secret email address upon joining.

When you're stuck, you send an email to that address.

My team and I will answer you with a detailed answer in under-24 hours, usually a lot faster.

This is extremely personal.

Usually, I would have login details to your website platform so I can log in and see what's going on and record a video for you with a solution.
